ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS

All UK orders are posted using a 48-hour tracked service.

Postage costs to the UK:
Standard package: £3
Bulky package: £4.50

International Shipping:
Standard package: £10.55
Bulky package: £22.00

International orders may incur customs duty – EU orders under £150 are exempt, but please check the import and customs laws for your country before ordering.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your Ted & Dino goodies, but should you need to return an item please contact us at lucy@tedanddino.co.uk to receive a returns address.

You can return a product ordered from our website within 30 days of delivery. You can request either a refund or an exchange. The item must be in its original packaging, with all labels attached, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

Once we are in receipt of the item we will carry out a refund or exchange, in these cases any postage costs will be at the customer’s expense.

We quality check all garments before sending them to you so if your return is because of a manufacturing defect or is in a damaged or faulty state please email us with the details and preferably with photos so we can arrange a refund for the item and any postage costs. 

We will not be responsible for the goods until they have been received by us, so we strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when returning via the post office. Unfortunately, items lost in transit will not be considered as returned items and refunds will not be given in this case.
